About Queen City Bath Co.

Queen City Bath Co. designs and builds bathrooms in New Rochelle and in Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Pelham, Scarsdale, Bronxville, Eastchester, Rye and Harrison. The work runs from powder rooms and tub-to-shower conversions to primary baths with steam, stone and radiant floors, in houses and in co-op and condo apartments. Our crew does the work: our designer measures and draws the room, our tile setter sets the stone and porcelain, and our master plumber files the plumbing permit. Every plan starts from the building itself: its age, its plumbing and the board or building department that governs it.

A job runs in a fixed order. We visit, measure and photograph the room, then return with drawings and samples. You receive a written specification and a contract with the start and completion dates, the materials by make and model and the payment schedule. We file the building permit, post it at the site and book each inspection, keeping rough plumbing and wiring open until they pass, and we flood test the shower floor before tile. The job ends with the paperwork: the plumbing certificate of approval, the electrical certificate and the final inspection that precedes the City's certificate of occupancy or compliance.
